2024 releases to date

Updated Mobile Applications
Second, the mobile applications have also been given the same treatment, with fully responsive designs featuring a fresh new look and feel, but retaining and adding to the familiar powerful depth of features that Xelion is known for. In this Xelion October 2024 Platform Update, Xelion delivers the full power of the platform across all mobile platforms.
Dark Mode across all platforms
And of course, all applications also support Dark Mode, providing a popular visual experience across all platforms. As part of the Xelion October 2024 Platform Update, all customers will have access to the new applications from the 21st of October 2024.
New Statistics Dashboard for displays large and small
A new dashboard application has been developed, providing insights into communication statistics and patterns that can be shown on individual devices or large screen displays. While the powerful and flexible reporting system included with Xelion is still available across all platforms, the new Statistics Dashboard provides customers with an easy-to-use display that can be shown on televisions or other large format devices to provide insights to individuals and whole teams equally.
Xelion provides every customer with the ability to operate a contact centre in-house, with no additional licenses or upgrades required – the full power of Xelion is always available under their simple per-user license model.
Voicemail transcription, with full AI transcription integration in development
A new feature that is just the first of many in this area is voicemail transcription. Operators can receive recorded messages in text form within the Xelion platform, with full AI transcription integration under active development for release soon.
